Stretch therapy was developed over the past 55 years by our pioneer and inventor of this technique, Aaron L. Mattes. Mattes is the founder of StretchingUSA, StretchingSA is a close affiliate of this organization, and carries the values, principles and techniques as being taught by Aaron Mattes.
StretchingSA is the only company in Africa having an affiliation with StretchingUSA, and is the only organization capable of teaching, supporting, and building stretch therapy on our continent.
